Gentle Giant Dressing

I originally called this Green Onion Mayo Dip, but I hated that name so I decided not to go a bit over the top. I’m entertaining ideas for better names. I use this as a dip for artichokes, but it was kindly described to me as “the best tartar sauce I’ve ever had.”
1) Finely slice a green onion up to, but not including the whites.
2) Mix the green onion with mayonnaise: about one green onion stock per two large dollops of mayo. I’m guessing two of my dollops is about 1/2 a cup
3) Add enough lemon juice to cut the thickness of the mayo by about 2/3s
4) Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper
5) Refrigerate or at least let sit a bit before serving.
